good, but...
there are some things i would change: the first is the layout, it doesn't seem a magazine, you need more titles. the second one is about the language: i'm italian and as far as i understand what your intention were i would write this:
"Rivista di Moda"
"Italia"
"Numero 32"
"Belle mode create dalla bella Libella!" (or if you want to be more realistic "il meraviglioso stile della bella Libella!")

i like the piece but there are some improvements you should do: although you managed to do the hands and the face very well the arms; the forearms are too short compared with them. also the biceps are too long, look for some arm references to improve. the last thing i'd like to say is that the hat (or the face) has a wrong perspective. since i know it's a lot harder to draw faces i suggest to redo the hat.
She is a spartan my friend, you couldn't tell by the picture but she is enormous, at 6'7" at around 200lbs of pure muscle, And with a still prototype augmentation process her limbs are a bit stretched. But that comes as a benefit in combat and absorbing a high powered weapon's recoil. The drawing is her only off day so with the humidity on the satellite (natural like the moon) being over 100% and she had been looking at the night sky for a while.
So she quickly tossed a UNSC cap (specially made for her) on and probably angled as if she were a "gangster" if you will. Seeing as she is apart of a Secret ONI project called HASHASHIN shes been given the liberty to let her natural hair grow out as well.
So I'm just letting you know most of the proportions were done deliberately since that is how she looks. You should see how SPARTAN-089G looks like, hes even more of a giant than she.
